At Human to Human Hub we are looking for a Digital Operations Analyst to support different processes and projects within our digital ecosystem.
It is a dynamic role, ideal for organized, decisive people with an interest in constantly learning.
Organize and track tasks and processes Support different digital projects Build and implement digital funnels Review metrics and results Perform transversal monitoring Support written communication and operational support
Experience More than 2 years of experience in operational support, digital marketing, monitoring or process management roles.
Digital knowledge Familiarity with digital tools, management platforms, social networks and dynamic digital environments.
Organization and monitoring Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain order and constantly monitor different processes.
Written Communication Good writing, spelling and ability to communicate in a clear and organized manner.
Autonomy and responsibility Ability to execute tasks with criteria, organization and sense of responsibility.
Adaptability Comfort working in a dynamic environment where different fronts and priorities may exist at the same time. Location Residing in Latin America with availability to work remotely.
