Job Description

A company in the pharmaceutical sector is looking for a Customer Experience and Digital Support Analyst, whose objective is to provide comprehensive operational support between Customer Service, Daily Orders and digital platforms, guaranteeing efficient management of orders, inventories and systems, and a professional and high-quality customer service experience.\nRequirements:\nTraining: Technical or higher, in administrative areas, customer service, logistics, systems or similar, handling of Shopify or similar platforms is desirable. level B2 onwards in English.\nExperience and requirements:\nExperience in customer service or related areas, preferably in a virtual environment, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, ability to work autonomously and effectively manage time, basic knowledge of office tools, knowledge of marketing or advertising is desirable.\nSalary: Benefit base of 2,800,000 to 3,300,000 pesos.\nSchedule: Monday to Friday, full time (We work according to US holidays and time zone).\nModality: 100% remote",
