If you have experience using Salesforce and enjoy ensuring the quality of information, this opportunity is for you.\nWhat will your mission be?\nYou will be part of the Operations area, playing a key role within the Order to Cash (OTC) process, ensuring that commercial information is correctly configured before continuing with the billing process.\nMain responsibilities\nReview and validate contracts against the configuration registered in the system.\nApprove or reject opportunities when there are discrepancies between contractual information and the configuration.\nEnsure compliance with standards, policies and internal processes.\nGuarantee a correct transfer of opportunities to the Billing area to provide continuity to the OTC flow.\nMaintain orderly, precise and quality-oriented management of the data.\nRequirements\nManagement of Salesforce (Excluded).\nDesirable experience in administrative processes, operations, Order to Cash (OTC) or similar areas.\nKnowledge of NetSuite will be considered a plus.\nHigh capacity for analysis, attention to detail and orientation to process compliance.\nSkills to work in an organized and autonomous manner.\nModality\n 100% Remote\nIf you are an analytical, meticulous person and are motivated to contribute to the correct execution of critical processes for the business, we invite you to apply!",
