Job Description

We are looking for an IT Operations Analyst for our work team to work remotely, although you must have the city of Medellín as your place of residence.
Its main functions will be:
-Manage and maintain the technological infrastructure of the company and its internal software.\ \ \ \ \ 
-Provide first-level technical support to internal users and clients.\ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ 
-Manage users and technological platforms of the organization.\ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ 
-Support the execution of functional tests and the validation of software versions.\ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ 
You must have advanced experience and knowledge in Microsoft 365, SQL, and Windows Server. Your problem-solving skills and ability to work as a team will be critical to success in this position.

Your daily activities will include daily infrastructure support, systems monitoring, technical issue resolution, and assistance to company personnel. Additionally, you must be prepared to offer technical support to end users, ensuring an efficient and uninterrupted work environment.

Minimum requirements include demonstrable experience using Microsoft 365, advanced skills in SQL and Windows Server, and a proven ability to provide technical support.
