At In.Corporate we are looking for a Bachelor of Administration, Public Accountant, Agricultural Engineer with experience in Marketing, to occupy the position of Performance Analyst to join the work team of an Important Multinational Agricultural Company.\nThe objective of the position will be to develop and optimize commercial information systems, in order to provide all users with relevant data for analysis and decision making.\nThe main responsibilities will be:\nAnalyze the competitiveness of the company in the market (External Performance) and the activity of the commercial force (Internal Performance).\nMonitor the indicators for the management of the commercial team.\nAnalyze the commercial performance data: sales, expenses, indicators.\nReport the sales potential by portfolio, area and crops.\nAutomate registrations and cancellations of producers in the ATCs' portfolios.\nPrepare and present the performance reports of the ATCs and regions, depending of CRM data.\nManage and analyze ATCs' customer portfolios to increase profitability.\nProvide training and support to CRM ACT users.\nEnhance the CRM tool in all its aspects, from the quality of data loading to the generation of information.\nCollaborate in sales validation and commission control.\nConduct market studies according to the needs of the area. \nPrepare predictive analyzes to increase profitability. \nRequirements:\nUniversity training in Administration, Accounting or Agricultural Engineering.\nExperience in Sales, Marketing and/or Negotiation.\nUse of computer tools (MS Office and Internet).\nKnowledge and use of data processing tools (Power Bi / Tableau).\nUp-to-date driver's license.\n100% remote day from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.\nThe company offers a formal hiring for an indefinite period including premium social work and in-company benefits.\nWe are experts in talent because we have extensive experience and experience in the world of work.
