An important company in the financial sector is looking for a Human Resources Analyst with six (6) months of work experience in payroll processes, compensation, accounting or related areas.\nAcademic training: Technician, technologist or university student in Business Administration, Public Accounting, Human Resources, Administrative Management or related careers.\nRequirements and/or knowledge for the position:\nManagement of software payroll.\nManagement of human talent management systems.\nMission of the position: Provide operational and administrative support in the execution of payroll processes, guaranteeing the correct collection, validation and registration of news, as well as compliance with internal policies, current labor regulations and schedules established by the organization.\nFunctions:\nReceive, verify and record payroll news, including income, withdrawals, vacations, disabilities, licenses, overtime, surcharges and discounts.\nSupport the periodic settlement of payroll, social benefits, vacations and contract settlements.\nValidate the consistency of collaborator information in the payroll and human resources systems.\nSupport social security processes, parafiscal and other obligations derived from payroll.\nHandle queries from collaborators related to payments, discounts, benefits and payroll concepts.\nJob skills: Teamwork, assertive communication, service orientation, organization.\nSalary: From $3,300,000 + current legal benefits.\nType of contract: Indefinite-term contract.\nHours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. m. to 6:00 p.m. m.\nWorkplace: Virtual mode.
