Job Description

An important company requires the incorporation of a Human Resources Analyst to work 100% remotely.
Main functions:
•\ Execute administrative and operational HR tasks.
•\ Keep payrolls, databases, records and documentation updated.
•\ Prepare documents, reports, presentations and reports for the area.
•\ Keep track of outstanding dates and relevant dates.
•\ Collect and consolidate information for HR indicators.
•\ Provide general support in the management of the area.
Requirements:
•\ Training in Human Resources, Administration or related field.
•\ More than 5 years of experience in similar positions.
•\ Advanced use of Microsoft Office.
•\ Management of SAP, remuneration module.
•\ Knowledge and use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools.
•\ Ability to plan, coordinate and organize.
•\ Good communication and formal treatment.
•\ Ability to work under pressure.
Offered:
•\ Income: $500,000 liquid.
•\ Working hours: 25 hours per week.
•\ Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
•\ Modality: 100% remote.
