Recognized company is looking for a Human Resources Analyst to support the administrative processes of the Human Resources area, guaranteeing the correct management of personnel information, documentary control, support for payroll processes, incorporation and retirement of employees, and compliance with internal procedures and the Quality Management System.\nRequirements:\nTraining: Technical/Professional Business administration, psychology or similar with emphasis on the area of human resources, level B2 onwards. English.\nExperience and requirements:\nWritten and verbal communication skills in English. Experience in administrative processes in the human resources area. Experience in labor relations processes, induction and training programs, Human Resources administrative processes, experience in developing organizational culture, ideal experience in Quality management system, occupational health and safety and team structuring and position profiles, preferably in a regulated industry. Knowledge of labor regulations in Colombia.\nSalary Range: $3,000,000 - $3,500,000 \nIndefinite-term contract\nSchedule from Monday to Friday.",
