Here you don't just work: you build the future.\nThe opportunity\nToday we are looking for a JUNIOR RISK ANALYST who wants to leave a mark on Medicarte and the lives of our patients and their families.\nAcademic training\nProfessional in administrative sciences (Engineering, economics, public accounting, administration or similar), preferably with specialization in Risks or internal control and assurance with knowledge of Colombian NTC-ISO Technical Standard 31000 and External Circular 20211700000004-5 2021.\nGreater emphasis and experience in data protection, business continuity and risk matrices.\nExperience required\n2 years in Risk Management (Liquidity and market), internal control and assurance, Risk Management Systems standards (SARO, SARLAFT, among others) and Auditing.\nFunctions main\nIdentification, evaluation, control and monitoring of inherent and residual risk events.\nPreparation of risk matrices and applicable models, according to the different types of risk (operational, health, actuarial, financial, group, business continuity, ML/TF).\nImplementation and monitoring of corrective measures and action plans.\nEvaluation and verification of the effectiveness of controls and ability to recommend improvement opportunities.\nSupport the effective Documentation and/or updating of policies, organizational - SCI, procedures and activities related to risk management.\nAccompaniment to the different process leaders in the timely management and updating of risk events.\nTraining and training of interested parties, in the different risk management guidelines.\nMonitoring and management of materialized risk events.\nWorking conditions:\nSalary: $2,924,000 (From this salary a 4% deduction is made for health and 4% for pension)\nType of contract: Indefinite.\nModality: Hybrid teleworking, most of the time from home (Medicarte provides the computer equipment and necessary tools).\nThe legal benefits are provided.\nThey work 44 hours a week.",
