In this context, the Human Resources team manages critical processes that enable attracting, onboarding, remunerating, and developing the talent needed to sustain high-impact projects at regional clients, especially in the financial sector. Main Functions
Perform the process of new hires to the company and manage the complete hiring process.
Manage employment contracts, attachments and documentation for staff, keeping information in each folder up to date.
Enter new employees into the payroll system, make updates and maintain payroll accuracy.
Carry out the process of monthly remuneration (payslips and fees), and monthly legal payments in accordance with the legislation of each country.
Handle medical leaves, doubts or inquiries of workers and support in management with entities for SST (occupational examinations, trainings, committees, etc.).
Collaborate in extracurricular activities and staff wellness initiatives (supplemental insurance, compensation fund benefits).
Collaborate with teams to ensure regulatory compliance and improve HR.HH processes, with focus on employee experience.

Requirements and Profile
We are looking for a professional with at least 2 years of experience in human resources administration and payroll systems management (BUK or similar). Soft skills such as teamwork, detail orientation, organization, initiative and autonomy will be valued. Training in business administration, HR, accounting or related careers. Knowledge of employment legislation and remuneration experience will be highly valued. Experience working in regional environments (LATAM) and ability to adapt to different requirements of each country is desirable. Clear, service-oriented communication ability is required, with a focus on resolving employee doubts and obtaining quick and effective solutions.

Desirable knowledge and skills
Training in business administration, human resources, accounting or related areas. Knowledge of labor legislation in LATAM, experience in payroll management and HR systems.HH. Experience in multi-country environments and handling personnel management tools desirable. Organizational skills, proactivity, analytical thinking and ability to work as a team. Knowledge of BUK or other ERP/HRIS and training courses in HR.HH., payroll and SST desirable.
