An important insurance broker with a national presence, is looking for an Insurance Analyst/Account Executive with experience in Health Branches and prepaid medicine:\n\n*Your day will include*\n-Execute operational processes: issuance, renewals, cancellations and billing.\n-Collection management and portfolio monitoring.\n-Experience in Prepaid medicine\n-Management of glosses, PQR and customer requests.\n-Accompaniment and comprehensive customer service.\n-Coordination with insurers and suppliers to guarantee the correct functioning of services.\n-Monitoring of indicators and compliance with service standards.\n\n*What we expect from you*\n-Experience in life, health, and funeral branches, prepaid medicine, 3-year knowledge of insurance, excellent customer service and use of office tools.\n-Knowledge in operational and commercial processes.\n-Excellent capacity for communication, customer service and handling of sensitive situations.\n-Organization, analysis and focus on detail.\n-Academic training: Technologist onwards\n\n*What we offer you*\n-Salary: $3,850,000 + Legal benefits\n-Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm\n-Indefinite contract\n-Workplace: Bogotá\n-Type: Remote \n-Benefits: Health and life policy, time checkbook and birthday.\n\nJoin our team and grow with us!",
