We are looking for 01 Human Management Analyst.
Requirements: Graduate or Bachelor of Psychology, Administration, Human Resources and/or related careers.
Previous experience carrying out mass recruitment.
Availability to work from Tuesday to Saturday.
Availability to work during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Functions: Search for candidates through publications in different job boards and in-person recruitment in the field. Carry out curricular filter and interviews. Scheduling technical interviews with internal client. Scheduling medical examinations and psychometric tests, as well as monitoring results and selecting candidates with potential. Monitor the training and induction of incoming operational personnel. Maintain documentary control (physical and digital) of your area in accordance with what is established. Comply with other responsibilities inherent to the position.
