Corus Consulting we are a consulting firm with more than 15 years of experience with different clients worldwide; We have a presence in Europe, the United States, Asia and Mexico.

We are looking for your talent to work as:

SemiSr Applications Support Analyst - Finance:

Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar.
3 years of experience as: Application Support Analyst with experience in incident response, monitoring of critical systems and technical analysis in productive environments, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Participation in support of critical or productive systems.
Features:
Attention and resolution of incidents in applications.
Technical analysis in SQL/MySQL databases.
Application monitoring in Windows/Linux environments.
Coordination with development and infrastructure teams.
Documentation of incidents and solutions.
Support in productive environments (PRD) and testing (QA).

Essential skills: SQL/MySQL, Windows, Linux, application support, incident analysis, SLA management, English B1.

Work modality:

100% remote from anywhere in Mexico.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8 am to 6 pm. (Sporadically available for incidents)
