STUDY: Technologist

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, commercial support or administrative processes.

ENGLISH - B2 -C1 Conversational

FUNCTIONS: Manage and approve price requests from the commercial team for the US market.
Validate competitive margins and compliance with established guidelines.
Escalate special cases to the corresponding category area.
Send quotes and requests to the commercial support team.
Ensure timely response times and quality in the process.

CONTRACT: WORK OR WORK

SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday (Availability to work on holidays) 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. - 44 hours per week (7-4, 8-5, 9-6, 10-7)

HEADQUARTERS: 1 DAY A WEEK IN THE OFFICE AND THE OTHER DAYS YOU WORK FROM HOME (MEDELLIN AND BOGOTÀ)",
