Position Objective
Support the financial and accounting area through reconciliations, documentary control and support in financial statements, ensuring reliable and timely information.
Responsibilities
Bank and accounting reconciliations, validation of invoices, support in monthly closings and financial statements, monitoring of accounts payable and receivable, preparation of basic reports and coordination with third parties, complying with policies and confidentiality.
Technical Knowledge
* Basic accounting and financial principles.
* Interpretation of financial statements.
* Intermediate use of Excel (formulas, reconciliations, information cross-checking).
* Desirable experience with:
o Accounting systems or ERP (QuickBooks, SAP, Odoo, similar).
o Management of fiscal documents.",
