We want you to be part of this great team!\n\nWhat are we looking for?\nA Jr. Support Analyst (MDA Analyst) to join an important sales company in the pharmaceutical sector.\nWorkplace: Argentina\nMode: 100% Remote\nWorking hours: Monday to Friday 03:00 am to 12:00 pm\n\nWhat will be your responsibilities?\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to:\nComprehensive ticket management in Jira Service Management (creation, tracking, compliance with SLAs and closing).\nUser support in a Microsoft 365 environment: mail, storage and collaboration.\nDevice management through Microsoft Intune (enrollment, policies, applications, reset/wipe).\nSupport and access management in Citrix Workspace.\nBasic user and permission management in Active Directory.\nRemote support using ISL Online.\nManagement of accesses and requests through the corporate portal.\nWindows technical support (network, profiles, drivers, printers, services and updates).\nAdvanced mail support in Exchange Online (mailboxes, permissions, groups, policies, migrations and troubleshooting).\nCorporate VPN support (configuration, MFA authentication/certificates and incident resolution).\nSupport for Android and iOS mobile devices (enrollment, mail and apps).\nDiagnosis hardware and peripherals.\nInventory management and technical documentation.\nApplication of good security and compliance practices\nWhat do we need?\nThat you have:\nSolid knowledge of Outlook/Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).\nNetwork troubleshooting (DNS, DHCP, proxy, firewall).\nManagement of diagnostic tools: Event Viewer, CMD/basic PowerShell, Regedit, SFC/DISM.\nBrowser management (Chrome/Edge), extensions and profiles.\nExperience in ITSM tools and remote support.\nKnowledge of computer security and corporate compliance.\nSoft skills: clear communication, empathy, prioritization, problem solving and collaborative work with N2/N3 teams.\n\nWe offer excellent benefits, growth opportunities and we will accompany you in your professional development.\nAt Ecosystems Global we believe that diversity enriches our culture and perspectives, which is why we actively foster an inclusive environment where every individual, regardless of background, gender, orientation, abilities or beliefs, is not only welcome, but also critical to our success.
