We want you to be part of this great team!\n\nWhat are we looking for?\nA Jr. Support Analyst (MDA Analyst) to join an important sales company in the advertising sector.\nWorkplace: Argentina\nMode: 100% Remote\nWorking hours: Monday to Friday 11:00 am to 7:00 pm\n\nWhat will be your responsibilities?\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity of:\nComprehensive management of tickets (incidents) in Jira (creation, monitoring, compliance with SLAs and closure).\nUser support in a Microsoft 365 environment: mail, storage and collaboration.\nBasic management of users and permissions in Active Directory.\nManagement of accesses and requests through the corporate portal.\nWindows technical support (network, profiles, drivers, printers, services and updates).\nAdvanced mail support in Exchange Online (mailboxes, permissions, groups, policies, migrations and troubleshooting).\nCorporate VPN support (configuration, MFA authentication/certificates and incident resolution).\nInventory management and technical documentation.\nApplication of good security and compliance practices\nMap network drives\nConfigure basic profiles and permissions\nBasic commands (cmd, simple PowerShell)\nWhat do we need?\nThat you have:\nIPs static/dynamic\nConnectivity check (ping, ipconfig) VPN: connection and resolution of common failures\nWiFi/LAN: basic diagnosis\nExperience in installation, configuration and basic support of: Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive), Browsers (Chrome, Edge), Corporate antivirus, internal applications \nPriority assignment and categorization\nSolution within the SLA\nSoft skills: clear communication, empathy, prioritization, problem solving and collaborative work with N2/N3 teams.\nWe offer excellent benefits, growth opportunities and we will accompany you in your professional development.\nAt Ecosystems Global we believe that diversity enriches our culture and perspectives, which is why we actively foster an inclusive environment where each individual, regardless of their origin, gender, orientation, skills or beliefs, is not only welcome, but also fundamental to our success.
