Corus Consulting we are a consulting firm with more than 15 years of experience with different clients worldwide; We have a presence in Europe, the United States, Asia and Mexico.

We are looking for your talent to work as:

Monday Junior Support Analyst:

Experience:

Systems, computer science, or related career engineers.
1 year of experience in: providing support to users on the use of Monday.com.
Respond to tickets or requests related to access, permissions and basic configuration.
Support in the creation and maintenance of boards, dashboards and simple automations.
Detect common errors and guide the user in their solution.
Document processes, usage guides and frequently asked questions.
Escalate more complex incidents to the corresponding team.
Support new users in basic training.
Essential skills: Intermediate experience using Monday.com, Interest in process management and digital tools, Use of Excel / Google Sheets, Good communication with non-technical users, Organization and attention to detail.

Desirable:

Experience with other tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Notion.
Basic knowledge of automations or no-code (Zapier, Make).
Experience in support or customer service.
Basic knowledge of agile methodologies.

Work modality:

Remote from anywhere in Mexico.
Hours: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm.
