At the request of our client, an important company in the pharmaceutical sector is looking for:\n(1) Help Desk Analyst - TEMPORARY- LA VICTORIA\nWhat are we looking for?\nTechnicians or university students in the fields of Systems Engineering, Computer Science and IT, related fields.\n1 year's experience as a help desk support\nKnowledge of BDA or Querys in BDA\nKnowledge of networks (basic)\nKnowledge of a ticketing tool\nWhat do you have to do?\nProvide solutions to incidents reported by the points of sale\nFilter the incidents reported to the development team\nGive support at the points of sales in managing the sales system.\nThere is no face-to-face interaction with users, everything is done virtually.\n\nWhat do we offer?\nEntry into the payroll with all the legal benefits for the duration of the project\nSalary: S/. 1,300 per month.\nRemote work (have availability for in-person work as required).\nThe first two weeks will be in-person training at the headquarters (La Victoria) from Monday to Saturday from 7am to 4 pm and then remote management will be done.\nSchedule: Rotating - Monday to Sunday (range: 6:00 am to 11 pm /48 hrs per week /1 day of rest within the week)\nLaptop delivered by the Consultant.\nAvailability to work holidays.
