Duties to perform:

1. Carry out the lay out due to cuts and upload the payments to the electronic banking in a timely manner while awaiting authorization
2. Provide bank receipts for the requested payments and safeguard the information
3. Assign the pages in the internal system of NAD Logistics for the payments requested by this means.
4. Share daily banking movements in the internal system of the accounts in your charge and monthly the status
general account
5. Carry out the accounting application of own payments made, transfers between accounts, bank commissions and all
operations policies outside the erp
6. Fund all requests for travel advances on the electronic cards that are handled, as well as the
petty cash refunds
7. Prepare weekly and monthly reports of payments made on accounts under your responsibility and area controls.
8. Release requests in the internal nadlogistics system
9. Monitor and report the corresponding balances of the accounts under your charge.
