Mission:\nAttention and follow-up to clients in remittance shipments, ensuring good service and compliance with company policies.\n\nFunctions:\nTelephone customer service: Receive and manage calls following established scripts and procedures for shipments, cancellations and monitoring of remittances.\nSystem management: Capture and modify shipment data, validate information, label calls in internal portals and record necessary notes.\nCompliance with requirements: Request documents according to the type of shipment, notify type of change and ensure compliance with policies and manuals.\nMonitoring and coordination: Inform agencies and clients about changes, shipment status, cancellations and updated balances.\nInternal support and promotion: Transfer calls correctly, release receipts, carry out assigned promotions and take required training.",
