The Digital Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that the digital data is useful, reliable, actionable and scalable,

Its main tasks include:
Define, maintain and document the digital measurement standard for digital assets
low our control. Ensure that each asset has: defined key events, measurable parameters, usage, conversion, friction and efficiency KPIs. Validate tracking before go-live as a safety condition.
Analyze: real use, abandonment, friction, critical behaviors. Identify opportunities to: improve UX, simplify journeys, increase adoption, digital deflection. Propose improvements that are prioritized and justified with evidence. Analytics pushes changes, on the ground it observes them.
Ensure consistency and quality: events, nomenclatures, metrics. Detect and correct: tracking errors, measurement gaps. Ensure that the digital data is portable, reliable and reusable.
Design, document and maintain the standard Data Layer for: App, Web, Ecosystems. Define common event semantics and standard naming. Coordinate with the corporate Data team: ingest the Data Lake, validate structures and availability for advanced analytics.
We are looking for a professional with the ability to translate complex sets of data into business insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with business and technology teams to guarantee the quality, availability and utility of data throughout the company, supporting digital transformation initiatives and optimizing data-based processes.
Requirements:
Professional title in Commercial Engineering, Civil Industrial, Information Technology, Design, Digital Marketing, Commercial Engineering or related career.
+5 years Experience in design, implementation and exploitation of measurement ecosystems on digital platforms.
Familiarity with customer-centric design standards and agile methodologies.
Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Data Studio).
Previous experience in insurance, finance, banking is valued. Mastery of ETL/ELT tools. Communication skills to translate data into insights, and the ability to work in dynamic environments with multidisciplinary teams. Analytical approach, critical thinking, proactivity and good time management are appreciated.
