Job Functions
Analyze and break down business requirements to define functions, acceptance criteria and test cases aligned with the project objectives.
Collaborate with PO, QA and development to ensure requirements traceability and cover disruptive testing scenarios.
Design, manage and execute functional and regression testing plans; identify, document and prioritize defects; check corrections.
Participate in refinement and grooming sessions to clarify stories and acceptance criteria; propose improvements in QA processes and tools.
Validate that solutions meet quality, performance and security standards; report quality and progress metrics.
Support integration testing and validation of business flows in Cloud environments and connected platforms.
Produce clear and understandable functional documentation for technical teams and stakeholders.
Advise buyers and end users on the use of the solutions; support the generation of business cases and QA ROI.

Requirements and experience
We are looking for a Functional Analyst with verifiable experience in QA or QA testing. The ideal candidate must be a bridge between business and development, capable of translating requirements into clear stories and effective tests that guarantee high-quality deliverables.
Minimum requirements:
2 to 4 years of experience as a functional analyst and/or in QA in software projects.
Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and requirements and testing management tools.
Experience in test case design, traceability matrices, test execution and defect reporting.
Knowledge of SDLC and good QA practices, including functional, regression and user acceptance testing.
Ability to work with multifunctional teams, communicate requirements clearly and document in a structured way.
Basic knowledge of test automation (optional) and analytical skills to interpret test data.
Training in Engineering, Systems, or related careers; Advanced level of Spanish and good communication in technical English is a plus.
Desirable skills:
Critical thinking, attention to detail, focus on quality and results orientation.
Proactivity, prioritization ability and time management in dynamic environments.
Ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Desirable skills
Certifications in QA or functional analysis, experience with test management tools (e.g. Jira + Zephyr, TestRail), knowledge of SQL to validate data, and familiarity with cloud services and APIs. Technical English level for reading documentation and communicating with international teams.
