We are looking for a Junior Functional Analyst to support the survey, analysis and documentation of functional requirements for our Gomedisys health information system

Position requirements
Training
Systems Engineering, IT or related careers.

Experience
* Junior level (2 years of experience in functional analysis, requirements or application support).

Desirable
*Knowledge or experience in the health sector (clinical, administrative or health billing processes).

Knowledge and skills
* Basic knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
* Management of request and ticket management tools (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, etc.).
* Clear analysis and documentation capability (use cases, flows, user stories).
* Good management of oral and written communication.
* Proactive attitude, guidance for learning and teamwork.
