JR TALENT ATTRACTION AND MANAGEMENT ANALYST\nWe are growing and we want to do it well.\nAt Innovandum we operate two business units in Lima: real estate and multifamily construction and vehicle financing INNOVANDUM designs and builds and develops sustainable and unique multifamily buildings. FINANTIA, our sister company, promotes access to vehicles with fast processes and within the reach of more people.\nWe are a team of 15 - 20 people with a clear goal: to scale in an orderly manner, with the right people in the right roles.\nFUNCTIONS\nExecute end-to-end attraction and selection processes for the two units of the group (publication, filters, competency interviews, evaluations, references)\nManage onboarding, initial monitoring and evaluation of new collaborators\nKeep the area's dashboards and indicators updated (coverage time, hiring quality, early rotation)\nDocument, systematize and improve the area's processes\nCoordinate strategic hiring, continuity and development decisions with Management\nREQUIREMENTS\n2 to 4 years of experience in HR with a real focus on active recruitment (not just administrative support)\nSolid use of Excel / Google Sheets and willingness to use AI tools in daily work\nReal autonomy: executes without waiting to be told what to do\nDesirable: experience in growing companies and exposure to real estate, construction or financial sectors\nCONDITIONS\nRole of real impact, with direct access to Management and the business strategy\nThe position has the support of a Junior Assistant\nConcrete projection: whoever demonstrates level will lead the area as the system matures, with adjustment of conditions\nSalary: S/1,800 + quarterly bonus for compliance with area indicators\nEntry to payroll after a 3-month trial period\nSchedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 am 5:30 pm, Saturdays 9:00 am 1:00 pm (1 virtual day a week)\nLocation: Surco",
