JR SERV ANALYST. DESK (ADVANCED ENGLISH) – icorp | Home Office
icorp Mexican company specialized in Information Technologies, is looking for a bilingual Junior Service Desk Analyst to join the Support – Remote area, providing the only contact for our users before any failures or IT-related needs.

OBJECTIVE OF THE PUESTO
Be the only contact for our users before any failures or IT-related needs, responsible for reception, management, follow-up and resolution of tickets (incidents and requests)

PLACEMENT
- Home Office (remote)
- Corporate in Cdmx

SCHEDULE
- Schedule: 4x4 (4 days of rest x 4 days of work)
- Rotating shifts: 6am - 6pm / 6pm - 6am (each month)

WE OFFER
- Gross monthly income: $16,480.0 - $20,600.0 (depending on experience)
- Quarterly bonus (reviewed during interview)
- Payments of ley from the first day.

- Bonus per turn: $9000.0 (paid every five years with $450)

REQUIREMENTS
- Degree / Engineering in Systems, Communications and Networks or similar.
- Advanced English (British desirable); conversational (a language evaluation will be carried out)
- Minimum experience: 2 years of work experience in Service Desk
- Availability to take turns

TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Ticket management (incidents, requests, SLAs, priorities and concerns)
- Application support (Office 365, email, browsers, collaboration tools)
- Monitoring systems
- Basic computer security (antivirus, phishing, etc.)
- Management of common user errors.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure quality support and customer satisfaction
- Backlog tracking
- Provide information on non-recurrent topics
- Documentation of care processes
