Important note about the position: We adapted this title to the Colombian labor market as Legal Analyst / Abogado Consultor so that it is equivalent to your professional level. However, you do realize that in Spain this position is known below the figure of \"Legal Specialist\". In this position you will work directly with the Spanish Derecho regulations. Your role will be that of a strategic technical consultant and writer; You will be responsible for the preparation of files, contracts and demands that will later be validated and signed by our collegiate lawyers in Spain.

How straight will you be?
As a Legal Analyst, you will be a key player in our legal area. Your mission will be to advise international clients in their migration processes (Extranjería) and resolve first-line queries in Spanish law. You will be responsible for the technical drafting of legal documents, demands and contracts, ensuring that each procedure complies with the highest standards of excellence and legal standards in Spain.

Your main functions:

1. Derecho Migratorio y Extranjería (Spain):
-Advise customers on requirements, visas, residence permits, work, renewals and Spanish nationality.
-Write, review and set up migratory files and administrative resources from point to point.
-Coordinate and continuously monitor presentations before consulates, embassies and immigration authorities.

2. Civil and Contractual Law:
-Answer first-line consultations via digital channels in civil matters (family, inheritance, contracts) to guide the client and evaluate the viability of their case.
-Elaborate independently on private civil contracts (leases, purchases, leases, loans).
-Perform comprehensive management of divorces and mutual agreement separations (preparation of regulatory agreements).
-Technically draft demands, disputes and procedural documents for the subsequent law firm in Spain.

3. Strategic Management and Support:
-Carry out exhaustive searches of Spanish jurisprudence and doctrine to support legal strategies.
-Coordinate management with Notaries and Property Records.
Support the growth of the business! Participate as a speaker in webinars, lives and corporate events to connect with future customers, and collaborate on marketing or sales initiatives.

What are we looking for in you?
Education: Professional graduated in Law, Public Accounting, Finance, International Business or related careers.
Experience: Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience in drafting contracts, demands and customer service. If you have previous experience with the Spanish legal system, migration is a huge achievement! However, your solid legal bases and your self-learning capacity are what we need.
Key skills: Excellent legal writing, high analytical capacity, guidance on deception, communication skills (digital and in front of the camera) and total autonomy for telework.
