IT Help Desk Analyst
Renowned technology company is looking for a Computer Help Desk Analyst to work in a hybrid mode (remote and in-person). We are looking for a professional with strong technical and soft skills to provide excellent customer service.

Exclusive Requirements
Experience as IT MDA Support (technical test will be done).
Minimum education: Technical/Higher Education.
Knowledge of computers and information technologies.
Experience with Microsoft and Office platform.
Knowledge of help desk and remote acquisition tools.
Knowledge of ITIL and ISO Standards.
Excellent customer service and telephone communication skills.

Economic and Contractual Conditions
Fixed-term contract, 30 + 30 days.
The net salary is $720,000
Modality: Teleworking
Schedule: Rotating shift regime, Monday to Sunday from 08:00 to 00:00, maximum 44 hours which consider one hour of snack, 30 (15+15) minutes of break.",
