Job Offer: App Monitoring Analyst\n\nJob Description: We are looking for a Monitoring Analyst responsible for supervising milestones and processes on different platforms, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality in the delivery of results.\nMain responsibilities:\nMonitor and record activities on platforms such as Service Now, Datastage, SFTP and web applications (with manuals available).\nUse tools such as Excel and Power BI (desirable) to generate reports and analysis.\nGuarantee compliance with established deadlines and timely delivery of milestones.\nMaintain a clear and orderly structure in information management.\nRequirements:\nTraining: Computer science or similar\nExperience working with Service Now.\nExcel management exclusive; Power BI desirable.\nAbility to navigate naturally between different platforms.\nStructured, responsible and deadline-oriented profile.\nOther considerations:\n100% Teleworking.\nSchedule: Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 18:00 hrs. / Friday from 08:00 to 15:00 hrs.\nWe offer:\nJoining a dynamic and collaborative team.\nTraining and manuals available for each process.\nOpportunity for growth in the area.",
