The objective of the position is to be responsible for the planning, control and financial projection of the company, through the projection of results, preparation of budgets, analysis of deviations and management reports.

Main functions
Prepare and update financial projections and rolling forecast, incorporating real, budgeted information and business assumptions.
Perform financial analysis for decision making, including evaluation of scenarios, profitability and financial indicators.
Develop financial models and simulations of scenarios and sensitivities to evaluate future impacts.
Consolidate and prepare the company's annual budget and the budgeted Income Statement.
Analyze deviations between actual results, budget and projections, explaining relevant variations.
Prepare financial and managerial reports for management and board of directors, presenting clear and timely information.
Support strategic planning through medium and long-term projections and financial risk analysis.

Requirements and profile sought
We are looking for an analyst with an analytical and results-oriented approach, eager to learn and develop in financial planning and management.
Position requirements:
University studies in Commercial, Civil Industrial Engineering or Agronomy (exclusive).
Intermediate Excel (exclusive).
Power BI (desirable).
Knowledge of R (desirable).
Python (desirable).
Up to 2 years of experience.

Desirable profile
Interested in strengthening skills in advanced analytics, proactivity, ability to work under pressure and effective communication with management teams. Experience in financial planning, scenario modeling and use of analytical tools will be an advantage.
