Technological Solutions Company is looking for a Junior PMO Analyst to work on a project located in Providencia.\nFunctions:\nProject Management and Control\nPlan and follow up on projects using Gantt\nControl achievements, deadlines and deliverables\nCoordinate kickoffs and key activities\nSecure compliance with internal methodology\nPrepare meetings with clients and monitor each project according to Gantt\nControl and Validation of Information (CRITICAL)\nReview and validate consultants' time reports\nDetect inconsistencies in information\nEnsure correct allocation of hours\nValidate project successes and charges\nAvoid delays in payments to providers\nManagement of Consultants\nMaintain constant monitoring of tasks\nRequest clear commitment deadlines\nPress compliance with deliverables\nScale deviations in a timely manner\nOperational Coordination\nAct as a bridge between client, consultants and internal team\nPrioritize tasks and manage workload\nEnsure fluidity there communication\nCoordinate with RRHH and administration\nReporter\nPrepare internal reports and project status\nPrepare customer reports and project status\nPrepare customer billing status and billable records at the customer and internal level (indicate when and when invoiced or invoiced).
