Hogar de Cristo Foundation, within the framework of Law No. 21,015 that encourages the inclusion of people with disabilities in the world of work, seeks to provide the position of Professional Analyst to work in a teleworking modality. \n \nObjective: Design, coordinate, facilitate, implement and/or evaluate innovative initiatives in order to generate a positive impact on the lines of work of the Hogar de Cristo Foundation, according to the work methodology for innovation projects. \n \nFunctions: \nDesign projects with a focus on people, guided by the keys to social innovation. \nCoordinate with the various actors involved in the initiatives in order to successfully achieve their purpose. \nFacilitate activities to happen, resolving obstacles that appear. \nImplement and execute the committed activities. \nEvaluate and generate learning for the next stages, with an iterative model of continuous improvement. \nEfficiently manage the material and information resources made available to you, in order to achieve the goals established by the Management and the strategic plans of the Hogar de Cristo Foundation. \nComply with the ethics and compliance frameworks of Hogar de Cristo, and act in accordance with the current Crime Prevention Model prepared in accordance with Law No. 20,393, safeguarding institutional responsibility. \nRequirements: \nGraduate in civil, commercial engineering, sociology, anthropology, political science or similar. \nKnowledge in innovation methodologies and project development. \nExperience in similar positions of 2 years is desirable. \nSchedule: Article 22 paragraph 2 (Excluded from the time limitation) \nLocation: Central Station \nMode: Teleworking \nWe invite you to be part of Fundación Hogar de Cristo, the charitable foundation with the greatest coverage recognized in its work to reduce social exclusion in our country, positioned among the best organizations to work in Chile according to the international survey Great Place to Work® 2024.
