What are we looking for?
A Ssr Hybrid QA Analyst to join a major insurance company.
The role combines manual testing and automation skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and use of AI tools.
Your objective will be to guarantee the quality and reliability of software products, actively participating in all stages of the testing cycle: from requirements analysis to execution and automation in CI/CD environments.

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Analyze functional and non-functional requirements.
Design, execute and document manual and automated test cases.
Identify and report defects, following up with development teams.
Configure and maintain automated test pipelines in CI/CD environments.
Run exploratory tests, regression tests and compatibility validations.
Participate in planning and refinement meetings providing the QA vision.
Research and apply AI-based tools to optimize testing processes.
Promote good practices and quality standards (ISO 9001).
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (devs, analysts, QA leaders).
What do we need?
That you have:
Training: advanced student or professional in Systems or related careers.
Experience: Design and execution of manual functional tests.
Test automation with tools such as Selenium, Katalon, Cucumber or similar.
Service testing (Postman, Rest Assured, SoapUI) and performance testing (JMeter, K6). Important experience in testing and knowledge of APIs
I work under Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Technical knowledge:
Languages: Java, Python, JavaScript or others.
CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions.
Test management: Xray, Zephyr, TestRail.
Basic/intermediate SQL.
Bug management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
Cypress Knowledge
Use of co-pilot
Language: intermediate English (oral and written).
Desirable: interest or experience in AI applied to testing (Katalon TestOps, Testim, mabl, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.).
