The Comfandi Employment Management and Placement Agency, in alliance with a company in the IT sector, requires a QA Analyst (Mid) for its work team in the city of Cali, Vacancy aimed at people with disabilities.\nFUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION\nAnalyze the behavior of applications through performance metrics, technical records (logs) and other diagnostic tools, in order to identify root causes of failures in SaaS and Cloud-Native architectures.\nIdentify, document, manage and track users. defects found during testing, using the established tools for incident control.\nManage and configure monitoring boards in Jira, guaranteeing adequate traceability of activities, incidents and test results.\nKeep the technical and functional documentation associated with the product updated in Confluence, according to the changes and improvements implemented.\nReview and audit the execution of manual and automated tests carried out by Junior profiles, verifying compliance with institutional methodologies and standards.\nSupport the identification of opportunities for improvement in quality assurance processes and proposing actions aimed at strengthening the reliability and stability of software solutions.\nParticipate in the requirements analysis and validation processes, contributing to the early identification of risks and test scenarios.\nREQUIREMENTS\nAcademic training: Technician or technologist in Software Development, Systems, Information Technology, Computing or related areas.\nExperience: Preferably two (2) years of experience in activities related to software quality assurance, functional testing, integration testing or related positions.\nExperience in managing Jira and Confluence, SaaS and Cloud-Native environments is desirable.\nVACANT CONDITIONS\nType of contract: Indefinite term.\nSalary: Between $4,300,000 and $5,000,000.\nHours: Monday to Friday, between 7:45 a.m. a. m. and 5:00 p.m. m.\nModality: In-person or remote.\nJOB INCLUSION: This vacancy is aimed at people with disabilities, within the framework of the labor inclusion processes promoted by the company in alliance with the Comfandi Employment Management and Placement Agency.\nIMPORTANT: Comfandi and its allied companies do not request money for the achievement, assignment or participation in processes related to their job offers.
