We design agile teams for Infrastructure, Software Development and Business Units, with a focus on bespoke solutions, organizational change and product development. Main functions
Execute manual and automated tests to ensure data integrity and proper operation of systems in Retail environments.
Design and execute tests based on use cases, acceptance criteria and user flows, ensuring consistency between design (Figma) and development.
Identify misalignments in typography, colors, icons and spacing; validate navigation, interaction and microinteractions; detect frictions from user experience.
Collaborate with design and development teams to close gaps, raise issues and manage responses with stakeholders.
Perform outage validations (calls, network loss, forced shutdown, etc.) and guarantee the resiliency of the solutions.
Document defects in a clear and precise manner, prioritizing their impact on product quality.
Participate in continuous improvement of QA processes, including stress testing and use cases when applicable.

Requirements and experience
Experience in Retail QA and automated testing, with ability to run tests and ensure data integrity.
Solid knowledge of software testing methodologies and QA good practices; experience in medium-sized manual and automated tests.
Assessment of visual consistency between design (Figma) and development; ability to identify misalignments in UI and microinteractions.
Validation of navigation, interaction and usability; friction detection from user experience.
Close collaboration with design and development teams; ability to raise issues and manage responses with stakeholders.
Knowledge of REST APIs and response validation (Postman) at a basic level; defect documentation skills and good communications.
Soft skills: teamwork, effective and assertive communication, results orientation, flexibility in the face of change and focus on solutions.

Desirable requirements
Knowledge in stress testing and more complex use cases.
Experience in small test automation and in DevOps/CI-CD environments.
Basic knowledge of REST APIs and response validation (Postman) with focus on data quality.
Ability to prioritize bugs and communicate their impact to multifunctional teams.
