Remote Work

We have two opportunities:

QA Analyst (Automation Focus)

Objective of the role:
Ensure software quality by planning, executing and automating testing, promoting early detection of defects and reducing reliance on repetitive manual testing.

Main challenges:

Analyze requirements and define testing strategies
Design and maintain automated tests (functional, regression and API)
Execute manual tests when necessary, prioritizing automation
Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines
Participate in the continuous improvement of the automation framework
Use tools with IA for test case generation and risk analysis

Key knowledge:
Manual and exploratory testing, automation (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium or others), API tests (REST/JSON), CI/CD, basic SQL and programming notions.

QA Lead (Area Strategy and Evolution)

Objective of the role:
Define and lead the quality strategy, driving automation, adoption of new technologies and team evolution towards a scalable and business-aligned model.

Main challenges:

Define QA automation roadmap and strategy
Establish testing and integration standards in CI/CD
Determine automation levels (unitary, API, integration, regression)
Measure coverage and quality metrics
Evaluate modern tools and frameworks
Promote the strategic and responsible use of IA in the QA process
Align quality with product objectives and delivery dates

Key knowledge:
Advanced automation, modern frameworks, API and microservices testing, integration in CI/CD, quality metrics and architecture vision.",
