Farmcautica is looking for a Bilingual Human Resources Analyst whose main objective is to support the administrative processes of the Human Resources area, guaranteeing the correct management of personnel information, documentary control, support for payroll processes, incorporation and retirement of employees, and compliance with internal procedures and the Quality Management System.\nRequirements:\nTraining: Technical/Professional Business administration, psychology or related with emphasis in the area of human resources, level B2 in forward in English.\nExperience and requirements:\nWritten and verbal communication skills in English.\nFunctions:\nAdministrative processes of the human resources area.\nLabor relations processes.\nInduction and training programs,\nHuman Resources administrative processes.\nDevelopment of organizational culture.\nIdeal experience in Quality management system, occupational health and safety and structuring of teams and position profiles preferably in industry regulated.\nKnowledge of labor regulations in Colombia and willingness to study the labor regulations of the state of Texas -USA.\nBasic Salary Range: $2,800,000 - $3,300,000\nIndefinite Term Contract\nSchedule: Monday to Friday (44 hours per week)\n100% Home Office",
