At Activos Chile we are looking for a Contract Registration and Control Analyst to work part-time and remotely (Must appear for an in-person interview and induction, Santiago, Metro Tobalaba)\nMission of the position\nEnsure the correct monitoring of the administrative process of entry and qualification of workers, verifying the consistency between contracts, ERP systems, Human Resources platforms and internal records. You will be responsible for promptly detecting differences, omissions or inconsistencies, generating alerts and following up until they are regularized.\nMain functions\nMonitoring the status of enrollment, registration and authorization of workers in the company's systems.\nMonitoring contracts pending preparation, signing, validation or loading.\nVerifying that workers with a contract prepared or signed are correctly registered on the corresponding platforms.\nCross information between different databases using RUT, name, client, cost center, position, entry date and other control fields.\nDetect duplicate records, incomplete information, differences between systems, typing errors or workers pending authorization.\nManage alerts with the areas of Recruitment, Contracting, Operations, Attendance Control, Remunerations or other areas involved.\nKeep the incident log updated and follow up until the closure of each case.\nPrepare daily and weekly reports on contracts, records, observations and pending cases.\nPrepare a clear shift delivery, ensuring traceability of the procedures carried out, priorities and pending.\nProtect the confidentiality of personal, contractual and work information.\nPropose improvements in controls, reports and administrative procedures.\nWorking day\nAM shift\nSaturdays and Sundays: 07:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.\nPM shift\nSaturdays and Sundays: 1:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.\nHolidays\nAccording to weekly schedule.\nImportant:\nAvailability is required to attend in-person training prior to the start of duties, in Santiago\nIncome\n$30,000 liquid per day worked.\n$14,500 liquid for wear of materials (PC and Cell Phone)\nRequirements\nHigher Level Technical Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related career.\nAt least 1 year of experience in personnel administration, hiring, document control or administrative functions of Human Resources.\nManagement of ERP, software or platforms for Human Resources management, personnel administration or attendance control.\nExcellent intermediate level.\nAvailability to work in any of the established shifts.\nIf you are looking for an opportunity to develop your experience in Human Resources administrative processes and you have an analytical, organized and detail-oriented profile, We invite you to apply and be part of Activos Chile!\n\nInclusion and Diversity\nWithin the framework of Law No. 21,015, at Activos Chile we promote inclusion, diversity and equal opportunities.
