Company ACTIVOS CHILE is looking for:\n\nRegistration and Control Analyst\n\nMission:\nControl and monitor the administrative process of entry and qualification of workers, verifying the agreement between contracts, ERP systems or Human Resources platforms and internal personnel records. The position must promptly detect differences, omissions or inconsistencies, generate alerts and monitor until they are regularized. \n\nFunctions:\n- Monitor the status of enrollment, registration and authorization of workers in the systems used by the company. \n- Follow up on contracts pending preparation, signing, validation or loading. \n- Verify that every person with a ready or signed contract is correctly registered in the corresponding \npersonnel platform. \n- Cross databases by RUT, name, client, cost center, position, entry date or other control fields. \n- Detect duplicate records, incomplete information, differences between systems, typing errors or workers \npending authorization. \n- Raise alerts to Recruitment, Hiring, Operations, Attendance Control, Remunerations or the responsible area. \n- Keep the incident control updated and follow up until its regularization and closure is confirmed. \n- Prepare daily and weekly reports on contracts, records, observations and pending cases. \n- Prepare a clear shift delivery, leaving traceability of the procedures, priorities and pending tasks. \n- Protect the confidentiality of the reviewed personal, contractual and employment history. \n- Propose simple improvements in the controls, reports and administrative procedures of the area. \n\n\nIncome: \n- $750,000 Liquids\n\n\nWorking hours:\nMonday to Friday 07:00 to 15:00 or 15:00 to 23:00, according to internal programming.\n\n\nRequirements:\n- Higher Level Technical Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related career. \n- Minimum experience of 1 year in administrative functions, contracting, document control, personnel administration or Human Resources. \n- Experience using any ERP, software or platform for Human Resources management, personnel registration or attendance control. \n- Excel verifiable intermediate level. \n- Availability to work in any of the defined shifts. \n\nWithin the legal framework of Law No. 21,015, Activos Chile is a company committed to inclusion, diversity and non-discrimination, promoting diversity in the workplace, implementing actions that favor the hiring of people allowing the full development of their potential.",
