Job Description

At I2B Technologies we promote the digital transformation of global clients, carrying out automation and information processing projects to improve user experience and operational efficiency. The team works in an international environment with a North American company, applying intelligent information extraction techniques, OCR and script development to automate processes. We are looking for someone who provides technical rigor and the ability to coordinate with analysts and stakeholders from different countries to deliver high-impact results.

What will you do
Extract information from documents using OCR technologies to convert unstructured data into usable information.
Develop scripts in C# to process texts, automate data extraction and facilitate integration with existing systems.
Use regular expressions (Regex) to identify, transform and validate information with high precision.
Perform web scraping to obtain data from websites, maintaining good practices and compliance with usage policies.
Optimize information processing and extraction tools to improve performance and scalability.
Analyze and resolve technical tickets using Azure DevOps, prioritizing quality and traceability.
Maintain constant communication with analysts and project stakeholders to align expectations and deliverables.
Continuously improve automation and data processing processes, proposing improvements and new solutions.

Requirements and skills
We are looking for a meticulous, analytical and detail-oriented profile with at least 2 years of experience in development, scripting or data analysis. Mandatory requirements:
Intermediate knowledge of C# (required).
Solid experience working with regular expressions (Regex).
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Experience in Web Scraping (valued).
English B2 – C1 (advanced) for technical communication with the international team.
Desirable:
Experience with SQL Server.
Experience with Azure DevOps or ticket management tools.
Knowledge of automation or bots (Robot Framework).
