CodersLab.io is looking for a Senior Data, Modeling and Oracle BI Analyst to lead a strategic business intelligence project. You will form part of a high-performance team in a global company with workshops in Latin America and EE. UU. Your role will be aimed at designing and governing critical analytical models, ensuring quality, consistency and reliability of information in the Smart BI project, with direct exposure to high-impact business decisions.
You will work in an environment with Oracle technologies and BI tools, collaborating with ODI teams, databases and end users to deliver analytical solutions that deliver real value to the business. Functions
Design and maintain analytical data models at corporate level to support strategic decisions.
Build and manage the semantic layer and Oracle BI (RPD) repositories for dashboards and effective reports.
Define, validate and document KPIs and business metrics; ensure information security and governance.
Develop dashboards, executive reports and visualizations that facilitate decision making.
Analyze impacts of changes on data and business rules; coordinate with ODI teams and end users to validate applications.
Act as technical and functional referent for the analytical front; guide lower seniority profiles and propose continuous improvements.
Participate in the definition of standards for data quality, security and compliance in critical production projects.

Requirements
What do you need
Advanced level in Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI) and proven experience in dimensional modeling.
Advanced SQL and experience in critical production environments.
Ability to interact directly with business areas and translate requirements into analytical solutions.
Knowledge of the Oracle ecosystem (DB, ODI) and good data governance practices.
Autonomy, leadership and professional criteria to make modeling decisions; ability to propose improvements and guide teams with different levels of experience.
University degree (Degree, Engineering or similar) and minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles. If you value specializations, postgraduate or relevant certifications.
Desireables
Experience in Retail, Health or Logistics; solid understanding of business processes; experience in BI projects oriented towards strategic decisions.

Desirable
Previous experience working with Oracle BI (OBI) and ODI in critical production environments.
Knowledge in business analysis, management of large datasets and advanced dimensional modeling techniques.
Communication skills to interact with stakeholders and translate technical requirements into understandable solutions for the business.
