We're looking for an experienced Senior Animation Artist to help develop our Dark Fantasy Anime Action RPG. In this role, you'll bring characters, creatures, and combat systems to life with stylized, powerful animations, shaping the visual identity and feel of our title in a meaningful way.

Responsibilities
- Create high-quality character, creature, and combat animations in an anime / dark fantasy style
- Deliver gameplay animations (locomotion, attacks, skills, reactions) with a strong focus on responsiveness and game feel
- Work with rigs and skeletons using Maya and Human IK
- Collaborate closely with Design and Programming to align animation with gameplay logic

Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in game development
- At least one shipped title where you were a key contributor as an animator
- Strong proficiency in Maya and Human IK
- Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, weight, and gameplay-oriented movement
- Experience with stylized animation (anime, action, fantasy a plus)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, plus a self-driven working style
- Ability to give and act on feedback constructively

Nice to have
- Experience with AI-assisted animation tools such as Cascadeur, Cartwheel, or similar
- Experience with Unreal Engine
- Experience with motion capture cleanup and integration
- Knowledge of combat and action game design
- Experience with Blueprints or animation scripting
- A passion for anime, dark fantasy, and action RPGs
