Appointment Setter (B2B SaaS Preferred)\nRole Overview\nThe Appointment Setter will serve as the frontline growth engine for the sales team. This role is responsible for initiating conversations with prospective clients, qualifying opportunities, and booking high-quality discovery calls for the Sales/Account Executive team.\nYou are the pattern interrupt the professional who captures attention, sparks interest, and creates sales momentum. This role requires strong commercial instinct, confidence, resilience, and an energetic, outgoing personality.\nSchedule: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM5:00 PM EST (Flexible)\nWork Modality: Remote (Work from Home)\nCompensation: Base salary + Commission (structure TBD)\n Responsibilities\nOutbound Prospecting: Conduct high-volume outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Identify and engage decision-makers within target accounts. Build rapport and generate interest.\nLead Qualification: Assess prospects against the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Identify needs, pain points, and buying signals. Prioritize high-quality opportunities.\nAppointment Setting & Calendar Coordination: Schedule confirmed discovery calls for Account Executives. Ensure accurate calendar coordination and provide context/notes to sales reps.\nCRM Management & Reporting: Maintain 100% accurate CRM records. Track pipeline activity and provide feedback on messaging effectiveness.\nContinuous Messaging Optimization: Share insights on objections, trends, and value propositions. Contribute to script refinement and sales strategy improvements.\n Core Competencies\nCommercial Presence: Communicates as a strategic peer, not a telemarketer.\nEnergy & Extroversion: Engaging personality that builds immediate rapport.\nResilience: Comfortable with rejection and high outreach volume.\nEfficiency: Knows when to go deep and when to move forward.\nDetail-Oriented: Ensures meetings are scheduled accurately and sales team is briefed.\nCoachability: Open to feedback and script refinement.\n Requirements\nMinimum 2+ years of B2B appointment setting, SDR, sales development, or outbound sales experience.\nStrong preference for candidates with SaaS experience.\nNative-level or near-native English proficiency (clear, confident, persuasive communication).\nProven ability to handle objections and maintain high-volume outreach cadence.\nExperience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).\nFamiliarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Google Workspace.",
