It is an energetic, proactive and results-oriented role.\nModality: Remote (Work From Home)\nLocation: Colombia cities with Solvo headquarters\nSchedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM EST (Weekends off)\nLanguage: Advanced English\nResponsibilities\nHigh volume of calls, emails and messages on LinkedIn.\nIdentify decision makers and generate interest.\nRate prospects according to ICP.\nSchedule discovery calls for Account Executives.\nManage calendar and deliver clear notes to the sales team.\nKeep CRM updated at all times.\nReport activity and share insights to improve messages\n\nRequirements\n2+ years in Appointment Setting, SDR or B2B outbound sales.\nAdvanced English (C1C2), clear and persuasive communication.\nSaaS experience (Required)\nExperience in handling objections and high volume of activities.\nExperience with CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar).\nFamiliarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Google Workspace.\nHigh energy, professional video presence and strong commercial attitude.",
