At Colombia ESL we are looking for a Digital Campaign Apprentice, who will be responsible for providing operational and technical support in the management of advertising campaigns on digital platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Twitter.\nWe are looking for a person passionate about digital marketing, with a high willingness to learn, detail-oriented and organizational capacity, who wishes to strengthen their knowledge in digital advertising, data analysis and campaign optimization.\nTheir role will be key to supporting the correct implementation, monitoring and continuous optimization of digital ads, aligned with the strategic objectives of the marketing area.\nMain functions\nCreate, edit and monitor digital advertising campaigns.\nManage campaigns on platforms such as:\nMeta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)\nTikTok Ads\nLinkedIn Ads\nTwitter Ads\nUpload ads and validate their correct implementation.\nSupport the optimization of campaigns according to metrics and results.\nProvide operational support to the media team digital.\nManage information and reports in Business Intelligence (BI) platforms.\nSupport basic data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in performance.\nRequired profile\nTechnical or Technological Student in:\nMarketing\nAdvertising\nDigital Communication\nData Analysis\nCareers related to the advertising and digital environment\nGenuine interest in digital marketing and performance campaigns.\nGood verbal communication and written.\nOrganized, responsible and punctual person.\nAbility to monitor tasks and comply with schedules.\nAdaptability to dynamic and constant learning environments.\nIntermediate use of office tools and Excel. \n\nConditions of the offer\nSalary: SMLV + Transportation Assistance\nMembership with EPS and ARL\nType of contract: Learning Contract\nModality: 100% remote\nHours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.\nAdditional benefit: English license during the internship period from the beginning of the contract.\n\nImportant requirements\nNot having signed a learning contract previously.\nHave endorsement to begin the practical stage.\nHave availability for 100% remote work.\nGood use of office tools.",
