You carry out reviews of billing and collection monitoring requirements, verifying that NC, payments, and accounting adjustments are being applied to clients.\n2. You compare customer statuses in synergy vs Back Office, identifying that the account statements are correct and performing inactivations if necessary.\n3. You change or update the status of the accounts in Synergy and Contifo for portfolio renewals in LATAM.\n4. You provide support, if required, in the portfolio contact channels: chat, WhatsApp or email.\n5.
