Supports the training area in the organization and execution of internal events.\n2. Offers support for editing, content design and graphic material for training.\n3. Collects, organizes, documents and designs knowledge bases for different operational areas.\n4. Designs and discloses the new features of the products.\n5. Creates e-learning content for the virtual training platform.\n6. Publishes news and process updates.\n7. Support your team in creating Excel files to record published news and document its history.\n8.
