You assist in answering customer calls regarding questions about our software.\n2. You support the creation of follow-ups in Sinergy (Leads).\n3. You make calls to prospects who come from marketing and as automatic leads.\n4. You profile the leads that arrive by incoming call or automatic lead and transfer them to the corresponding commercial advisor.\n5. You correct mistyped tracking in iSiigo and in external forms.\n6.
