Job Description

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Develop your skills in Data Analytics by providing assistance in data extraction and construction of reports and dashboards. Your role will be key to decision making, while providing a practical learning opportunity in data management within the marketing department.

Your main mission will be:
Support in the collection, analysis and visualization of data to facilitate decision making in the commercial area.
Develop reports and dashboards that allow identifying trends and opportunities for the business.
Generate reports from different sources that include: number of interactions, conversation times, satisfaction survey, resolution times, waiting times, among others.
Update existing reports from the different customer service channels.
Make special reports depending on the brand.
Carry out analysis on the behavior of the operation, proposing improvements in the processes.

Requirements for the role:
Technical Student or Technologist in Analysis and Development of Information Systems, Software Analysis and Development, Information Management, Data and Information Analysis or Database Management, marketing or related areas.
Power BI management
Advanced Excel management.
Availability to work from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Remote mode. (Availability to visit the offices at specific times).

Know your Team:
You will be part of the Regional Marketing Team, reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager and working closely with a team of service analysts and the process coordinator as well as the regional Marketing team.
