What will be your challenge and learning?
Your main mission will be to support the team of Accounting Analysts in the organization, registration and entry of the financial information of our clients in Spain. You won't come here just to make photocopies; You will learn how international accounting works, the management of cloud systems and the rigor of the European market, all while fulfilling your dream of graduating.

Your functions:
-Entry and Registration: Support the timely registration of purchase invoices, sales and expenses of assigned clients in our accounting software.
-Document Organization: Classify, archive and keep up to date the digital accounting and tax documents of the client portfolio.
-Basic Reconciliation: Collaborate in the verification and basic crossing of bank statements and financial movements.
-Administrative Support: Support the team of managers in administrative tasks of the area (downloading certificates, organizing folders in the cloud, among others).
-Team Culture: Attend virtual team meetings on time, participate in weekly training and align your learning with our company values ​​(honesty, teamwork and excellence).

What do we need from you?
Training: Be an active student of SENA or allied institutions in programs such as: Technologist in Accounting and Finance, Technician in Accounting for Commercial and Financial Operations, Technician in Administrative Management or similar.
Status: Be compulsorily authorized by SENA to start your Productive Stage and sign a Learning Contract (Important: not having had previous learning contracts!).
Soft skills: Great desire to learn, attention to detail (super important with numbers), good virtual communication, responsibility and basic use of Excel.
Tools at home: Have your own computer and a good internet connection to work remotely.
